Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines used for cutting and processing uPVC profiles
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders
- Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Perform quality checks to ensure product dimensions and finishes meet required standards
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or product inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC machine operator (preferably in uPVC or similar manufacturing)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for machine interface operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
