We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our production team. The selected candidates will assist in the manufacturing and assembly of PVC apertures, ensuring quality and efficiency in every step of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production, and assembly for the products of windows and doors.
- Operate machinery and tools (training provided).
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is an asset but not required — full training will be provided.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate in English or Maltese.
