I feel compelled to drop you a line to express my gratitude towards all the people who helped with our order (and eventual installation) over the past couple of months.  Of all the suppliers we have had to deal with on our ‘project’ the customer touchpoints at Finestral were amongst the most accommodating we have come across.  I wish to single out the ladies I kept calling to follow up on our order (Dorianne and Charlene, I believe), who in spite of my irritable deposition, for which I would appreciate you pass on my apology, were always professional, patient and helpful.
